Yoga Nidra Relaxation

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly referred to is an immensely powerful meditation technique that is intended to induce total physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It is a totally guided meditation practice with specific instructions making it easier to relax.

Yoga Nidra includes several stages to relax the body and mind, including:

  • Body awareness
  • Breath awareness and visualisations.

It calms the central nervous system which can help to reduce stress, decrease anxiety and improve mood.

Sessions will last 45 minutes. You can recline and relax on our comfortable chairs.

Close your eyes and listen to my voice which will guide you through the session.

You can come as a couple, with a friend or by yourself.
