Prostate Cancer Well-Being Day

The Cancer Support Centre will be hosting a drop in Prostate Cancer Well-Being Day on Thursday 6th November 2014 10am to 3pm.

If you are affected by Prostate Cancer, whether you are a patient, carer, relative or friend, please drop by to discuss any of the topics below:

  • Relationships
  • Carers Info and Support
  • Sleep and fatigue
  • Managing hot flushes
  • Diet and exercise
  • Holidays and travel insurance
  • Research and trials
  • Welfare Advice

A number of healthcare professionals will be available, including Urology Nurse Specialists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Radiotherapists.  As well as services such as Late Effects, Lymphoedema services, Welfare Advisors, local exercise services and Complementary Therapists.

Held here at the Cancer Support Centre, 23 Northumberland Road, Sheffield, S10 2TX (behind Weston Park Hospital) – 51 and 52 bus routes, public transport is recommended as parking is limited.
